TWO schoolgirls have been arrested and charged after a 14-year-old was attacked on Friday in Pilton.
Footage posted online appears to show the 14-year-old victim being kicked in the face ten times.
The girl was said to have suffered a broken nose after being dragged around the street during the attack.
A Police Scotland spokesman said today two girls had been detained: “Two 14-year-old girls have been arrested and charged following an assault on another girl in Pilton on Friday, January 9.
“Both will be reported to the Children’s Reporter.”
