Lothian Buses have released their Christmas and New Year timetable to help you plan your festive trips and nights out.
On Christmas Day they’ll be running Services 3, 7, 8, 16, 22, 26, 30, 34, 37, 44 and 100 to help you travel across the City, to the Royal Infirmary, the Western General and Edinburgh Airport.
On Boxing Day, you can expect more early morning journeys to help you get to work and more buses to help everyone get to the sales.
Their Skylink Services will run on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day for the first time this year to help customers travel to and from the Airport.
There will also be special bus services on Hogmanay and extra buses to get you to the Loony Dook on New Year’s Day.
Hogmanay Bus tickets will cost £5.00 on the bus, £4.50 on the Transport for Edinburgh app or can be pre-purchased at their Travel shops for £4.50 or £3.00 with a valid Ridacard.
They will not be accepting any other tickets or bus passes.
